hey every ones in a wile when i try to login to 2pacboard.com i get this message: Sorry. The administrator has banned your IP address. To contact the administrator click here, after rebooting a couple of times i can finally login. but what is the problem ???

you probably got a similar IP address to someone who's been IP banned. When you restart or log off the net, your IP changes.

don't reboot your comp, just reboot your router, or if you don't have one, pull the plug on your network card and insert it back in.

right. In order to change your IP address you online have to restart your internet, not the whole pc.
