Technology Problems with Firefox

Usually what happens is, Firefox doesn't close properly and so when you load it up it opens a new or default profile. You can check if it's running in the task manager (Ctrl+Alt+Del).

It's always a good idea to backup your bookmarks, though.

Bookmarks > Manage Bookmarks
File > Export
 
has anybody been having a problem with FF loading slow? cause if i switch over to another browser I don't have that problem

this happened to me last week and today. a default profile box came up and FF just quit working. I checked to see if it was runnning and it wasnt. I had to uninstall and then re-install FF all over again. whats causing this?

I only lof off my XP profile then log back on and it works. If you don't have XP, just retsrt your computer, you don't need to re-install
