story behind this fear: i dont know whats wrong with me but often i hear voices and strange noises when im alone at home or outside in the darkness ...the voice is talking to me but nobodys there ...sometimes i feel like someone is following me and wanna do me something really bad even at home i always lock the door when im in a room and im afraid to walk through the hall because i feel that someones there

sometimes in bed I get scared thinking what if I suddely miraculously just get transported to the icey waters of the north pole and its complete darkness and the water is freezing cold. There be loads whales swimming all around me making terrible screeching noises blowing water from the holes in their heads.
