I've just realised that all my years of working on a good posture has gone to waste in lsat couple of months. Ever since i stopped my dance lessons due to a few factors i no longer work on my posture thus i have been slouching.... meaning my awsomely straight spine and great posture has been deminished.
Posture also involves the neck, and so now when i walk i seem to be looking at the ground which wasn't the case befor.
I've tried sitting straight again, but after a while i seem to be slouching agin.
So how's your posture?
Do you even take notice in your own posture?
Suggestions in having good posture.

ever since i got my laptop ive been sitting indian style on my bed, its probably killing my posture although i dont worry about it

It's funny you should make this thread, just yesterday I made a resolution to keep my back straight or at least walk with my head higher...Because I really dont look approachable in my current state. I don't think I know any real strategies, but just stick to it, however you go about it always have it in the back of your head to improve your posture because eventually it becomes much easier and you won't even think about it...it's just difficult at the beginning.

its true dance helps to have a good posture. but i do ballet and still outside the ballet class my posture is horrible..
