what kind of "cold" pills? is it over the counter type shit for just like a regular cold, like cough syrup, or is it like anti-biotics? if it's just normal over the counter cough medicine then who gives a fuck, and drink. the only reason it says not to drink with that is becuase u get more fucked up, so it's best not to drink too much. If its anti-biotics ur not suppose to drink with those becuase it makes them less effective, so if u drink while on them u could be sick for longer.

If your talking about Ectasy then it combined with alcohol is definite no-no.

I always drink alcohol on medication.
I also drink alcohol on Ecstasy, it's cool. Obviously it's better if you shouldn't as both ex and alcohol dehydrate you, and that isn't good for your body. But it isn't as dangerous as the news would have you believe. At least 90% of ex deaths are attributed to allergic reactions which you can't control. It all depends on the quality of the pill and the strength of your body. The best way to defend against it is not to take Ex. And if you're gonna look at the affects look at the long term affects, no-one can be sure of what they are, yet.

This kid I know drinks 10 shots of bacardi, smokes a blunt or two and smokes a crack rock (I don't agree or promote doing this part) and took a a vicatin and passed the fuck out, Vics and alcohol dont mix, dont recommend pills and alcohol ull just pass out and that no fun

^ taking a vic is better with alcohol tho becuase u get a more relaxed effect from the vic. when i just take a vic alone, it does nothing but put me to sleep. but yes, vics fuckin suck and do nothing but put u asleep.
