Opening nightclub

I'm currently looking for a locations where i can setup my nightclub in nyc . I'm trying to get my liqour license. If anybody here knows of any place in New York where there is a good locations hit me up and we can talk money. Holla back yall.

Thats cool man, I hope to set something up in the next few years but right now Ive done some research and profit margins for my city and I think Id perfer to do a bar type situation, that plays music as well.

well rukas it will be a hip hop nightclub, but like i said I just really started thinking heavy into the idea, the next step is find a location, I already have a few dj's on hand so right now we just need to get a location and go from there. The only other thing is the name we have two ideas which are club GQ and Club SMACK, we are having some trouble getting clearence but i know that one of the two will go threw. When everything finalizes i would love to talk promotion threw streethop, thanks a lot everybody.
