This is'nt a quastion of free speech, free speach is nothing without morality and restraint. David Irving was arrested and jailed for claiming the holocaust did'nt happen. The question of free speech did'nt cloak the matter then, wtf is it now?

well clearly david irving (who was a highly respected historian) believed it did'nt, and was so passionate about his belief that he even went to jail for it.

ok there are people who believe there is a bigfoot, nice. but they dont disrespect anyone believing it! i dont know what this guy, who got locked up, exactly said, maybe he said more than just denying the holocaust. but like i said before, denying the fact there was a holocoaust is that disrespectful that he definitely deserves to be locked up. there are not a lot of things i think deserve to be punished (freedom of speech) but saying the holocaust never existed takes it one step too far.
