Oh I know this movie. This is based on a true story. A guy known as Chris Gardner was so poor he would sleep at BART(subway) station bathrooms with his son. He started to get into stock brokering, he went through hell of a struggle. At the end... he became a multi-millionaire with his own stock brokering company.
