learn your history dude, the clinton adminstration had the same threats the bush adminstration was getting. bush had 8 months to deal with this problem while clinton had 8 years. the fact is neither of the adminstrations took it seriously. it took the even of 9/11 for anyone in our govt to take it seriously unfortunately.
