i think that effect is done with a camera moving or zooming in/out on a picture.

but yes you can do that sort of thing with flash.

how exactly in flash could i do it?

im not sure, ive seen some flash doing that.

this is what i suggest you do

either

1.search on google for keywords, like zooming in flash

or

2. get a flash file decompiler, decompile a flash file that does that,then look in the decompiler and see how it was done
