Technology need help

hey whats up.I'm using windows xp and I got alot of problems with that shit.anyways, recently, I had installed Office (2003 I think), and mspaint and other programs stopped working ever since.so today I try to uninstall Office, but the uninstaller wont let me, it said something about "denied because of a thread exit or in use by another application".So I delete it manually, yet the installer keeps coming up.any advice, people?

Did you have the problem before you installed the said programs? Also make sure you are installing it through the administrators access. From my experience I usually reformat my computer once a year because of the crap that I put in and delete. With your reformat your computer will run smoother and faster. So reformat if you want the programs to work again.
