its only the trial version and i have yet to find a crack/keygen tbat works and i've tried all like 37 out there

virtualdub has filters that will do that..i beleive

the animation should be an animated gif

You can get that program from like almost any downloader. mIRC or something.

it cant do gifs only bmp and tga, latest version too
