CD-ROM
I've had my laptop for less than a month, my first pc. So I'm not that experienced with computers. Already something is wrong with it, and I'm worried because I don't know where to take it from here.
Basically my CD-ROM drive won't work. I can't access disk content through the normal route of my computer/drive, I can't access the drive at all.
It's less than 12 hours since I discovered this problem but am worried because it's my first computer.
I use windows vista so my dad don't know what to do coz he aint familiar with it. My cd-rom drive shouldnt just stop working when I have hardly used it. I've used it once to install web-cam software and twice play audio cds.
I have tried system recovery but that didnt work. I am now looking for something else other than using the recovery discs I created.
