phewww... what a night it has been. every since i've got out of school around 3-4 PM, i've been smoking weed. it was just a casual day, the usual 4-5 blunts going around. we had just left our boy evan's house, fresh off of a high. it was just me and my boy bowers. bowers was driving, i was riding shotgun. it was around 10:30 when we got pulled over, we were in the process of bowers taking me home. we had the music blasting. bowers has a hell of a system. the police were riding down the road past us. we saw them turn around and thats when i threw my weed out the window. i had about a dime sack. i had 2 packs of swisher sweets in my pocket.


so finally the cop pulls us over. turns out, he has a K-9 in his car. the dog comes over and smells weed in the car (although we didn't smoke in the car that day, we smelled of it). all the cop found was some shake in the floor, a roach, and some blunt guts. but then... we had a lot of plastic bags. we had a pack of sandwich bags and the small baggies that hold about a blunt. the cop saw all of this and tried to hit us with distribution. they brought in the investigators. blah blah blah. they found out my brother was a cop. one of the officers on the scene knew my brother. they called him up and told him they were gonna drop me back by my house (which was a relief, but now i have to face my parents & my older brothers - who are both in law enforcement). the investigators agreed to let us go if we would consider complying with them (they want us to snitch on whoever we know that distributes marijuana). so i'm asking for advice, what should i do?


if i snitch on somebody (idk who the fuck to snitch on! i'm not gonna snitch on my boys. i don't wanna snitch at all! thats a bitch move) but if i don't, i'm facing charges which will land me at YDC until my court hearing. so i'm in a shitty situation. i just wanted to know what yall on the board would recommend i do. the investigators told me they'd be in touch.
 
don't snitch it will just make your life in high school hell. i went to high school with a few people that snitched. to the police, their parents that ended up telling other parents but not reporting it, it didnt matter those kids career at my high school was over. most of them ended up leaving the school and going to school 2 towns over.

fuck those investigators.
when i 16 all of my close friend and myself all sold weed. in my high school, if you were on the football team hardly anyone gave a shit. if you sold drugs, people knew you and gave you respect. it was weird like that. my friends and i knew everyone. one of my boys brother was one of the biggest and well hooked up drug dealers in town. so we could get just about anything. i never in my life wanted to see heroin but sure enough this dude showed it to me.

anyways, around the first week of jan 2000, my friend whose house we posted up at selling shit like crazy, gets raided by illinois state undercover narcotics agents and one fbi agent. the fucking fbi! we showed up to the house and started walking to the door and out the shadows these guys pop out of the air saying whats up fellas, state undercover police, go get up against the hood of that car(my car).

those fuckers tore apart my friends room, my car, searched the hell out of all of us. all they came up with was empty baggies, seeds & steams, i think a roach, and my one of my boys had some shake in a baggies, digi scales, hand scales, and some phones/pagers. those dumb fucks felt so stupid when their whole purpose of coming to that house was to find a pound of weed, and this is all they came up with.

they took us back to the station, interegated us, told me i could go to jail, blah blah blah, they wanted me to tell them who i could call right now to get some weed from( and they to call the person from the police station , yea right) and not to tell them some black guy in the park. the only thing i said which repeatedly came out of my mouth was, "i dont know shit"! thats all i said except for my personal info. my parents came and picked me up about half hour later nad i was released. no charges at all. the funny thing was the whole time i had what was left over of the pound. a quarter bag of weed that was hidden on me while i was searched and interigated. lol, i still laugh about that today. i was handcuffed in the police station with a quarter bag in my jackets. those dumb fucks.

my friend since the 3rd grade whose house we posted up at was on probation and when they found that out they used that against him, and unfortunatly he did snitch. there are court papers i've heard of that say this. but no one ever fucked with him again. i didnt talk to him for along time after that. the day after we got busted the same agents came to our high school and pulled them out of an assembly to talk to my two friends, a few hours after we get out of school my friend whose house just got raided decided to pick up a QP after myself and my other friend swore off dealing for a little while till shit cooled down. with in a week the same agents were serving search warrents to alot of people.

my advice, take whatever is given to you. you might get probation. which coming from a person who just came off a 2 year probation, isnt shit. i was high that whole 2 years. i smoked weed less than 24 hours before a test and still passed. there is a good chance that nothing will happen to you. if they were going to charge you i think they would have done it by now.
 
dont snitch. these are scare tactics they use. they cant do shit.i suggest you consult an attorney. he will set the record straight and tell you what can and cant happen :thumb: good luck
 
First of all, good choice 2 throw your weed out.

Now listen. I ain't no lawyer but I don't think they can do a lot. They just try 2 make u snitch. All they found are fucking bags. Bags. What do u think they can give you for bags in court? I think they can't do shit and just try 2 scare you.

they cant book you for distribution because empty D bags arent sufficient enough evidence
i know ppl who caught caught with it and all that happened it that they got suspended from school for like 3 days
all the booked you was for being high. they arent going to charge you. worst comes to worse they might give you community service but i highly doubt it
police are just good at scaring you because more than half the time thats all they really have
i would personally be more worried about my parenst especially after the fact that i've already been caught...smokin in the house...while my parents were home.

^ you dont have to. if they ask who you get it from just say you dont know and this is like the second time you've ever smoked in your life and the D bags belong to your little sister because she keeps her glitter for her art class.

I mean seriously , why would you snitch. It's not like your gonna get lethal injection for some roaches. Cops always try to scare someone when they cant even arrest them.
 
/\ lol chill out - he didnt snitch, kid was just worried, i don't know if they get hassled every day by the cops where he lives, like we do. oh man londons been a bitch for me since the bombings, especially since im asian, carry a backpack and travel on the tube, lol.
 
dont snitch on people distributing weed man, there is the most honest deepest advice i can give.

the people that buy weed and sell it in smaller quantities are not criminals man. they do nobody harm. no real criminals even fuck with weed its not worth their time for the money. they all do the evil drugs. and they will never be stopped cos they all paid everyone around them.

meanwhile, the fucking pig on your block thinks hes gonna end world poverty by busting some 20 year old who buys an ounce and splits it 8 ways so he can smoke an 8th for free lol you must be fucking joking man... these cops must live in another fucking planet.

if you snitch on him ur just ruining the life of another young man who aint gonna be able to get a job cos of something he would have grown out of sooner or later.

the cops dont wanna address the real SOURCE of the problem. they dont wanna catch the fucking mob and shit hauling shipments, but they wanna attack the symptoms of the problem, like kids smoking weed.

thats why the police are fucking hypocrits. they never have or will give a fucking shit about the real drugs that are killing people every fucking day. but they wanna have something cool to talk about in the office so they bust kids all day. just remember that cop aint there to help you.

none of the cops give a fuck about you man, they just wanna get home at the end of the day and have dinner without some fucking boss blowing their head off. youre just gonna be another anicdote a cop tells to his pals/family/girlfriend to impress them around the dinnertable.

and the cops will use you and spit you out. first they'll make u snitch, then they will tell other people they have a snitch, and drop hints that its you. then they will threaten the guy you snitched on and try and make him snitch, etc. nothing they do makes any sense, thats why the never get any results man. dont trust the cops and dont fucking kid yourself that they give a fuck about you.

just learn to be so you can walk past them without being searched daily, and treat them like the shit they are.

^yup, cops are bitches like a muthafucker, me and couple of my buddies were in my drive-way at like 4.30 in the morning and shit drinkin, but the cops didnt see the bottles luckily, not that they could do anything about it since its private property and not in the city limits and it was a city cop, so his little bitcha s starts saying shit about a curfew violation and everythin and he actually goes over to matt's car and starts looking through it in my mutherfucking drive way no warrant or nuthin man ain't that sum shit.
