Plz help.. my msn used to be fine but then i got this virius it automatically sends a message to everyone saying look at ur pic its funny and it pops up on my screen . ive tried re-instaling it but it doesnt make a difference. anyone knw wat to do ????

restart the computer,keep pressing F8, you will get a menu,choose SAFE MODe. your computer will start in safe mode. your colors might be kinda fucked,but thats because its in safe mode. run virus scan from there. it should get rid of it. when ur done rastart the pc, and it should be back to normal.

before u boot into safe mode and run virus scan,make sure you have msn uninstalled. after u delete the virus,then install msn back

kaperspy is by far the best anti virus program out there. look for it and download it,it will get rid of any virus.

or mcaffe or how ever its spelled.un-install shit thru the conrtolpane/addremove programs.

my friend had this problem. Told him to download free AVG + update it :

it located the virus/worm and it was removed.
