is it possible to hook up a PS2 to a computer monitor?

Yes

1. TV tuner card for your PC. You might experience some lag due to the signal decoding.

OR

2. An adapter for composite video, left/right audio (yellow,red,white) cable to VGA, DVI or whatever connection your monitor takes.


Either way, don't be surprised if you have some issues with ghosting and lag.
