Since you and Emilio have to ruin the moment..I took a couple minutes to research the hispanic population in Australia. I didn't find any statistics really. I was wondering if that statement you made had any sort of concrete evidence behind it. I'm all of a sudden interested.

I know that Australia is really lax when it comes to citizenship laws (something like 2 years req for citizenship?) and that they pretty much give you a house for free in the middle of nowhere if you're willing to emigrate to pick cherries or something. no shots. Speaking from Bosnian perspective.

I did find a cultural community profile of Melbourne in Australia for the year 2006 and they had 39 Mexican-born residents. I think Melbourne has close to 4 million people.

I guess "how many" was the wrong wording. I have had a few people say the same thing to me, I know what you were saying was said as a joke but it just brought back those conversations I've had where someone has seriously wondered how Mexicans got to Australia. It's like when people are completely shocked I don't see a Kangaroo every day of my life.

one i met a couple of months ago in a club called The Ivy in sydney. she was on a student visa or something. i cant really remember. she wasnt that hot anyway.

the other one is in one of my marketing classes for uni on exchange from mexico, so im assuming student visa too. but this one is beautiful; is full of life and is fun.
