If it's ok for women to wear what they want without it being used as blame for them getting raped, isn't it kinda weird a guy isn't allowed to "wear" what he wants without coming under scrutiny as well?

I mean, it's one of those things where technically it's right but it's obvious the rule cannot be uniformly applied (I'm speaking in general, not just this situation involving wagging your dick at people) but in order to be fair, that rule has to come into play. Some women run topless or completely naked at these Slutwalks. That's a means of protest, right? Maybe this guy is protesting in his own way. I think he's being a troll, but there's a message behind it too, right? That he sees Slutwalks as kind of stupid and maybe just educating people the technicalities of consent to sex? I dunno.

He's trolling and he has the freedom to do so. Slutwalks are stupid, this guy is stupid but funny, and in the end, the Slutwalkers look stupid for being distracted from their walk over someone like that guy.

The bigger picture and and issue for these women, I'm sure, is not solely about being raped because of what they wear, but also being judged by their clothes too. Waving your dick in a protest is stupid. So is baring your tits. That's where the comparison ends. I was not comparing wearing a g-string in public to a man strumming his banjo in public. It was naked man vs. naked woman.

And how is it different if women had their breasts out at a slut walk when a guy pulls his dick out? Neither are conducive to getting a message across and make both parties look like idiots. But I guess they do have a right to do that without one party being denied the right and the other allowed.

Eh, looking back on that statement, no, but doing that shows them as "sticking it to the man (not in the literal sense)" that they aren't afraid or ashamed of their bodies, which they shouldn't be, and that they have the right to dress how they want. That's what they're going for, and using that definition, if it means having no top on, that would probably be included in their protest statement.
