Looking for new deck

Im looking for a new deck, blue glow (to suit rest of car interior lights), CD, MP3 and Mini Disc.

Reasonable price range, under $300. Currently, the lower the better, so significantly under $300

Any ideas?

Are Sony the only ones who make MD built in players? Im asking because dont they own the technology?

Just did a search on ebay.

JVC, Kenwood and Clarion also support MD.

The only issue is their decks are HUGE like big mother fuckers, u might aswell put your home entertaintment system in ur dash.

Whatever you do do not but Sony, especially the eXplode line, quality sucks real real bad. Pioneer or Kenwood are probably the best ways to go if spending under $300. I dont know what ^he^ is talking about them being big, all decks are made to fit inside the din, so that makes no sense really. Pioneer Premiere would probably be the way to go, im pretty sure most if not all the lights from it are blue too.

I have a regular sized Kenwood MD head unit, had it for about 3 years though. If you want summin with a blue glow go Pioneer. Aristotle pretty much said everything i was gonna, especially agree with the comments on the Xplod range, utter shite.

double dins are usually for suvs like tahoes and such.. ruk what type of car do you have

Newer cars have double dins too. Camry, altima, maxima, accord, civic, 300, galant, 300 line of bmw, the c class benz' all have double dins. Maybe it might be a new thing, but those cars and im sure im leaving some out all have the double. I'm not sure if it is because they are newer or what.
