Eveytime someone beefs up, they're on steroids?

Has anyone here actually used steroids or seen someone on steroids? Doubt it.

Busta has always been huge. Not that podgy, but his head has always been massive. He looks like he's been eating too much.

I doubt 50 does steroids, if he is he isn't dieting right. Some people can get big without roids, and he doesn't look like Arnie does he?
