lmao...i was watching Judge Judy where there was an ebay case over a comic...anyways the guy that was selling the comic on ebay did not own the comic and so when the seller bought the comic he gave him a shitter one. So anywho It is (atleast in the U.S) to sell something that doesnt actual belong to you.

i know that most of you will say how can car dealships sell cars if they dont own them. Fact is they have them on consignment and it is legal. but this shithead that is selling the PS3 can be sued and he will lose the monatary value he collected plus the ps3 if he ships
