I got a Logitech Quick Pro 4000 and it doesnt seem to work on my new computer. It worked fine on my old pc.Anyways, at first it seems that there are no problems with it, everytime I intend to use it it's light turns on, there are no installation problems as far as I know, but there's no picture. All I see is this black screen. There's a built-in mic in it and it works fine, only problem I got is with this black screen.
And yeah, I'm sure I had the lights turned on.
Thanks in advance.

try fiddling with the controls on the actual thing, and software wise. there should be a CD with it. you can probably use it without the installation from CD because XP recognises it, but the CD might have a tool specifically for the device with tweaks and a FAQ. also check logitechs website or contact them (since it is their product and they should help you).
and make sure nothing is covering the camera like a towel, shirt or cardboard (had to say it) :)

Try looking into the Control Panel under the webcam selection. Make sure none of the settings are messed up, or maybe the brightness is all the way down.

I don't know then. All I can say is uninstall the driver and software to the webcam, and reinstall it all.

sounds broken install it on your other machine to test it and see if it still works. if it does then the camera is fine but your new computer is broken.
