The New York Daily News is reporting that Lil’ Kim’s breast implants have sprung a leak.

The rapper, who is serving time for perjury and conspiracy charges in Philadelphia, has reportedly told friends on the outside that she is having issues with the material once jiggled famously by Diana Ross.

"Apparently, she's worried her boobs are leaking. She needs to have them serviced," a source told the paper.

Bureau of Prisons spokeswoman Traci Billingsley says the detention center has a physician on staff who takes care of any health emergencies.
