Naw, totally different. But, both codeine and DXM are cough suppressants.

At your local pharmacy. Depending on your country, you might need a prescription. Here, it's controlled so prescriptions are needed.

Promethazine with codeine is actually the shittiest lean out there. You need to get some tussenex or cough syrup with hydrocodone in it. I got 5 oz of tussenex from the doctor last week. Remember the big water bottle I had filled with some lean I sent to your phone? That's the real shit. Fucking n00b.

I've drank it on occassion, only Prometh though, not sure what Jeremy is talkin about. I went cold turkey with it a little bit ago. I aint tryin to Pimp C myself, or Screw and some others.
