Technology Kinect

So how is everybody liking the Kinect? It's like the fastest selling piece of entertainment technology ever or something so Im sure at least someone here has one.

I actually used it for the first time last week. Pretty fun I must say, good workout too. I think I'll buy one soon.

I was tempted... But then I remembered how little I play on consoles or games at all. I still have games in their celophane.

I just don't have the time or the inclination for games anymore. I am old.

Same with Pitts. But I did try it at a friend's place. It's entertaining and good exercise too.

It's pretty awesome. My cousin bought one the week it was released. I've played the Dance game, the driving one, and the Adventures one. Good fun.

I'm actually interested more in the hacks that are out for it. I've seen some awesome stuff done with it.

Yep. Same.

I saw that it has been used in engineering and to a small level in medicine. Gadgets that were custom built and cost 100,000s are bring replaced by a hacked Kinect. Crazy.

Im in the same boat. I just dont have time to play games. This degree is kicking my ass and any spare time is dedicated to music, girlfriend and gym.

But Im hoping I can incorporate Kinect into that somewhere for fun. They seem like easy games you can pick up and put down quickly.
