Jean-Michel Basquiat

Anyone a fan of his work? I admit I never heard of the guy until I heard that Jay-Z Most Kingz line that goes "Inspired by Basquiat, my chariots of fire..."

Anyway, I saw a recent documentary (The Radiant Child) and it piqued my interest. The documentary was good but it didn't do a good job of focusing on his work and explaining it. So, I was wondering if anyone here could recommend a good book for that or any other medium. I don't want to Google Image his work.

Ive been a fan of his for years now. You should check out the film about his life, Basquiat.

Right. I should..but I feel that Radiant Child gave me a good enough background and context. Now I actually want to enjoy and understand the work behind the man, as opposed to the man. I've stumbled upon a couple books with good reviews on Amazon, so I'll purchase one in the upcoming weeks if no one gives me any specific recommendation.
