Jay-Z has been blasted by Oasis bassist Gem Archer - who has branded the superstar a schoolgirl.
Jay-Z and Archer's band mate Noel Gallagher have been locked in a war of words after Jay-Z was picked to headline this year's Glastonbury festival - something Noel didn't approve off.
Jay-Z has since released "Jockin Jay-Z", which again featured lyrics directed at Noel.
Speaking to The Sun newspaper, Archer has taken aim at the rap icon by telling him to "grow up!"
“It’s like eight-year-old girls in a schoolyard, running off and writing ditties like that. Grow up!"
He continued to say that rappers like battling, saying:
“But rappers love a ruk. It’s what they do. They set out to have a fight and it’s there in their lyrics. They love biffo.”
