Is there a way to alter your voice?

I sound like the biggest nerd since The Simpsons came out. If ya'll watch The Simpsons, there's this nerdy professor who talks with this unbelievably nerdy voice. Believe me when I say I have his voice, but the difference between him and I is that he tries to sound like a nerd.

Since 9th grade, I've come to realize that I sound like a nerd. Its very difficult to live your life like this. Besides people making comments all the time, people mistake you for a nerd over the phone. They think I have the brain of Einstein simply because of your voice, but they don't realize I can't calculate 7 x 5 without using a calculator.

This one time, I was on PalTalk (this online chatroom thing), and I start using the mic. People point out that I sound like someone from an Ivy-League (the "best"/most expensive colleges) college. At that time, I thought it was just a compliment...but they were actually pointing out my nerdy voice.

Someone please tell me if there's a way to alter your voice.

Fucking up your vocal cords/voicebox is the only thing I can think of.

And yes, weed, cigarettes, gaining/losing weight & a bunch of other shit has been known to alter your voice.

just practice talking with a diff voice. the more you practice the less u'll have to try to do the voice and u'll just be doing the voice.
