But Iphone was probably the way to go if you don't want a BB, and don't feel like waiting.

Xperias are sick. But they'll cost like 999.99$ in Canada...

it was more a timing issue than a money issue. i just didn't want to wait for the xperia to come out to have a phone. i had been phoneless for 1 month already. and considering i dont have a home phone.. that's a long ass time without a # for people to reach me at.

Yessir, to my knowledge 3.1.3 hasn't been jailbroken into yet, but its no different than 3.1.2.

Jailbroken phone > OG phone. Lots more fun.
