Technology Ip Changer

So i think my ip has been blocked from rapidshare and yousendit for fuck knows why , so i tried changing my ip in firefox , and it works for a little bit , then stopped connecting . What program can i use to make my ip anonymous in firefox , nothing to complicated though . Thanks in advance

been using google ... found nothing useful for firefox ....heeeeeeeellllllllllpppppp

proxies or a router is basically your only choices really. Or you could make up some shitty excuse and call your service provider and ask them to change it.. tell them, it's running real slow.. or even tell them you think somebody is in your computer. It's a long process but it works.
