The only thing anybody says anything about is about the sliding touchpad (some reviewers said it was a lil sensitive but could get use to)

Zen Micro's 5GB >> I-Pod's 4GB with no FM Radio or Recorder..

Do you work for Creative?

I have a Creative Zen Xtra, which I've had for quite a few years. The only problem with it is the size, really. If they did a 20gb Micro (the Zen Touch is only slightly smaller than the Zen Xtra, so not worth it) preferably with the scroll wheel instead of the slide touchpad, I'd upgrade.

yea i like the zen mp3 players. if i didnt already have an ipod i would get one. they're not too bad in price either.

i wouldnt say it has many more features than the ipod but there are a few. mainly the fm radio, removable disk, and i think the battery.

I highly doubt it will be an ipod killer due to the fact that there is more backing for the ipod than any other mp3 player. Artists, producers, and commercials are what is keeping the ipod in the mainstream while the others are still lagging behing. Also the fact that they (apple) has itunes which has sold 400+ million songs to date.

Good luck to the "ipod killer..."

that zen thing looks hot but has almost the same features as the ipod. but it will never be an ipod killer. no mp3 will be an ipod killer for a long time.

I have a 40gb ipod and until there is a device that can store more and is any good I will be sticking to it.
goddamn what do u store in there? thats like $450

These type of things costs too much, nothing I would waste that much money on.

my friend has one, i have an ipod i think ipods are much better in terms of software, and its annoying to go back in the menu..even though i much prefer the ipod design, but this one also had a great feel to it. It will never be an 'ipod killer' though, apple has a very wide range of accessories for the ipod..

lol naw i dont work for creative, i dont know if the zen xtra will come (or if its available in 20gb) yet but from comparing them to the ipod it looks like its better, the only advantage ipod has is the accessories but the zen touch would probably get some of the same accessories after a while...but just comparing this to the ipod looks like it kills the ipod that everybody is so fascinated wit right now..

they need to make a mp3 player with bluetooth so u can listen on wireless headphones

Oh, and they can't make one of these things big enough to hold all of my music! I want one that holds like 30,000 mp3s! :D
