Anyone suffer from this bitch? The last 2 months or so I've only slept like every other night, and when I sleep I only sleep like 3-4 hours before I wake up. It's really starting to mess with the rest of my life (school and social life) since I'm not exactly in great mental shape. It's funny, I can be dead tired all day yet as soon as I lay down to sleep I just get this feeling like I wanna get outta bed, up and do something and I can't sleep no matter how hard I try.
