It's 8:17 Friday morning, i haven't been able to sleep since Tuesday morning. It's absoloutly driving me insane. I'm not tired AT all, i've read 2 books for fucks sake, so i'm just really bored. I can't possibly do anything else. I've worked, i've come on the board, i've played xbox (unlocked everything on unreal championship 2), i talked to boring people on the phone so they can drain me to sleep, i went out, i read (2 books for fucks sake), i worked some more, watched shit loads of movies and whenever i get to bed i just can't sleep. The back of my head aches now which can only be natural.

I generally don't sleep much anyway, i get about 2-4 hours a night, but right now i can't get any sleep whatsoever. I haven't even been drinking coffee since i've been up. I honestly have lost the entire concept of a day, it's all wierd and shit.

Yup, i think i'm going to go have breakfast. This is utterly insane.

any suggestions?
 
i had that shit...just sorted itself out eventually...still days where i odnt sleep at all tho
 
Somebody (on this board) told me to turn all the lights off in the room and stare at the computer screen... but you're already doing that so I suggest you stop snorting that meth, go run around the block 20 times and masturbate 3 times in a row... you'll be out *snap* like that.

Well, you could try sleep aids but if you don't wanna get yourself started on something like that maybe try one of those relaxation methods or something. If that doesn't help, you might wanna see a doctor, that can't be good for your body or your mind.
 
i've tried Valaria tablets or something or rather which is a natural herbs tablet that relaxs you. They don't work. And i aint going on sleeping tablets. They fuck me up real good. I'll get to sleep, but when i'm awake i'm in a fucked up state of mind.

Yeah man, just take some shit that will put you to sleep. Some of that nyquil shit.

Yeah, most people don't even wanna start themselves taking something to help them sleep because they can become dependant. Don't blame you there. Try this website, maybe you'll at least figure out the source of your insomnia and then maybe you'll be able to figure out how to deal with it.

ive been having sleeping problems for awhile too. there has a been a few nights were i dont sleep at all. not much i can do about it. i guess i have too much energy or something.

i can actually get a few hours of sleep each night now. but its never consistant. like last night i fell asleep around 5, woke up at 6, woke back up around 45 mins later, and it goes off and on like that for about 7 hours. thats usualy a normal sleep pattern for me lately.

i can get a decent nights sleep if i've had an active day. i'm thinking about working out more, and start running. if you try working out a few hours before you go to bead it might help.
 
Dude, tell me something. Do you feel very itchy? When I went lie 2 days without sleep, my body felt itchy and like bugs we're crawling on my skin, then I'd look and nothing would be there, so I just thought it was a mosquito, but it was winter. lol.. I also had twitchy eyes and I started getting paranoid. Kinda like a schizophrenic episode.. LOL
 
sorry to hear you are having problems sleeping, have you tried having a bath before you go to bed? sometimes that can help as it makes you feel relaxed.

or there are tablets called kalms (herbal) and you can get ones to help you sleep.

And baths usually keep me more alert than ever. I feel all refreshed after a bath, mind you i've had like 4 showers since i've been up
84 hours and 3 minutes of being awake, i'm going out now so it should be interesting.
my head doesn't hurt so much anymore it comes and goes.
