Important Question: Mixing Medicine in a short time

My friend took 3 extra strength Tylenol pills around 9:30 because she had a massive headache all day. About a half hour later she took 2 Tylenol Flu capsuls. Is this okay? If not, what are the effects? Any help is really appreciated.
