If God created earth...

that is true. Are explosions in space possible? Not trying to be a smart aleck or anything, but seriously isnt oxygen needed?

If you read the books written by scholars during the Islamic empire (only now being transalated into English in the last 100 years). There's discussion on all these things in intense detail!

Well, a "space explosion" like a supernova for example isn't so much a traditional explosion in the sense of "boom-stuff, oxygen and a flame" like we make things go boom over here on Earth. Most "space explosions" are because an object got so heavy that it collapses into itself, creating a fat boom because it's a lot of matter that can't sustain itself anymore. Technically, they're huge nukes.

The aftermath of such a big boom are huge clouds of "space dust". This "space dust" contains a huge range of materials and, over time, will create new planets and stars and solar systems.

In a nutshell, anyway.

In theory anyway

Right?

I know that stars burn out and are destroyed, but do we have any proof, that anything new is ever made?

No, not just in theory, it happens.

just like the theory of gravity is just a theory

I always heard it being referred to as the law of gravity
Law of thermodynamics

evolution theory

therin lies the difference.

it use to be called theory, but now no one questions it at all so its called the law of gravity. Music theory, atomic theory, quantum field theory, theories are not guesses, they're models which are supported by evidence.

As long as no one gets evidence and proof mixed up. Because there is evidence for both sides.

If God created earth and put life on it:

Why the hell are scientists looking for life on other planets?
Surely you don't have to be a scientist to discover that life is right here on earth.
