Every day for the last year or so I hear the sound of power tools coming from his house, but I don't even see any improvements to his house, it looks exactly the same, a couple of time when I had gone over to borrow something etc, i've looked and nothing has changed.

There is no stuff in his garden or garage to suggest he is doing something.

Nah he works for Jaguar, I honestly don't know what he is doing. Like I said, this has been going on for about a year if not more and nothing to show for it.

90% of the time when I walk past my outside door inside my apartment, I hear the neighbours door closing slowly and weird ass walking outside my door. I swear some son of a motherfucking bitch is stalking me and it's annoying the fuck out of me because i dont have a "peep hole" on the door to check out what the fuck is going on. It's been going on like a fucking year.
Once I did open my door with full speed and force hoping to hit whoever is behind but all I saw was this weird ass bitch opening her door and going in, looked like she was really coming home from somewhere so I didin't start interigating her...

Guess I should just buy an Ingram M11 and shoot a clip through the door next time I hear shit...
