Technology I Need Some Serious Help

i just figured out that you can change your theme so i go to change it but tha only that changes is tha background. tha start button and tha thing at tha bottom stayed tha same. i wanted that to change also but it didn't change. well it did change. it changed to tha windows classic style. i have tha illusion theme but i want tha illusion style also but i couldn't get it. what can i do to get tha illusion style or any other style besides tha windows classic style and tha silver, green, and blue windows xp style

I used to use StyleXP, a free trial of which you can download from www.tgtsoft.com.

I don't know of a completely free program to let you use other themes.

i looked at tha men's style xp version and it only had like 7 themes. i saw this one guy had a 2pac theme. do you know where i can get that
