my sleeping patterns are fucked right now. one day i go to bed at 2am, wake up 2pm the next day, then go to bed @ 3 and have to wake up at 6am the next.
like i said, all over the place. lately, this has been the pattern, so now i can't sleep. too much shit on my mind anyway. dont you hate that? like it's late at night, you're physically tired, and you retire to your bed for some good old sleepage but your mind is still buzzing.
and the shit i think about is so fucking diverse. one minute i think about my future, and then the next im thinking if sitting on my hand until it becomes numb and then wanking will really enhance my experience. then i go on to pondering about the benefits of the minimum wage as opposed to the ills of a completely deregulated labour market.
how can people count sheep to get themselves to sleep? that shit is bullshit. a jihad on the person who thought of this myth. nothing on tv either apart from lame tv adverts selling some sort of ab workout thingy and ugly people who need pro-active
