I just listened to On Fire and I swear I heard Fatal diss Dillinger. If he did then why do/did they have beef? They done tracks together before (e.g. Thug Pound).

Daz dissed Fatal for going back to Jersey and staying there, calling him a coward. Fatal replied (in an interview with hitemup.com) saying that Daz is an "internet thug" and talks big. He said that his brother ran into Daz in New York (because Daz was looking to sign with a new label) and he stopped him and was like, "Yo, I got Fatal on the phone right now" but then Daz just took off.
