The Hungarian police force has started an investigation within their ranks after a home made hip-hop music video created a wave of unwanted attention.

‘Bajai hip-hop’ - a reference to the Hungarian town of Baja – has caused a stir after it was posted on the popular video hosting website, YouTube.

In the video dancers in police uniform gyrate with the music and make obscene gestures at the camera.

"This started as a funny thing but now we are getting questions about it," said police spokesman Tamas Nyikos.

It is still uncertain whether they are actual members of the Hungarian police force, thus the investigation.

If it turns out they are real police officers, it is up to their commanding officer to determine if they have broken any rules and whether they should be punished.

You must be Hungarian to post nonsense like this.

There's no other logical explanation.
