How to tell your fat friend that he's fat?

despite what a lot of people might think, this often defeats its own purpose. pinching him would probably lead to a lot of embarassment and depression because of the overweight. this would in turn put him in a vicious cycle of thoughts that would make him less motivated. probably.

Oh I know I was just joking around. I agree with Sofi, there's no need to tell a fat person he/she is fat since he's most likely well aware of it.

There is no positive from being direct with a person e.g "Your a fat fuck , get your fat ass up and do some fucking exercise." The only thing your doing is lowering a person's morale , not motivating them

This happened with my one friend after she had a baby.. She gained like 70 pounds and didnt lose the weight so i would always make fun of her and tell her that she needs to do something about it.. I would fuck with her really bad just playin around but she took it all emotionally and started watching what she ate and exercising. Just be str8 forward with him and he'll understand.

Now shes hot again but her new man is a faggit :angry:

Plus christmas is coming up. Tell every1 he knows to buy him whatever they gonna get, a few sizes smaller. Or, tell every1 of his friends and family to buy him gift cards to the gym membership and/or weight losing center.
