Technology How to back up iTunes files...

I would like to know how to back-up my music files on iTunes so I don't lose them is some way. I use a Mac and have about 3500 songs on my iTunes. I would need a thorough description of exactly how to proceed in backing up my files if any one has the time, if not I'll go to the apple store and have them show me how to do it. Thanks.

itunes is different to just having some mp3 files and burning them on some media, so i guess ask the apple store people and see if they can help out.

nah there is plenty of free software to back up your ipod. Here you go
