Technology How can I open "Download Manager"??

I know if I click on the little window when I start or compleate a download it will open. but is there a way to just open it?

Are you talking about the built-in download manager in Firefox? If so, it's just Tools > Downloads.

I think it comes with a little 'Downloads' button too, so if you right click the toolbar and click "Customize" you should be able to drag it onto the toolbar and just use that.
