No it is not, this is an impossible problem which one of my lecturers gave out to his first year students in the first class of the year and said, whoever solves this by next week will get an HD (high destinction, like an A+) without attending any the classes nor handing up assignments or sitting the exam. He did it for a laugh but a shit load of students spent hours and days into it. I asked him why he did that and he asked me to sit the lecture the next class (he's my mentor sort of thing), anyway i sat his next class and nobody had solved it, some students said that it was impossible and blah. He asked who spent how long on it and some people are persistant (some little dude spent day and night trying to solve the puzzle). Pepople did searches on the net, blah blah blah. He then says, all this time you guys spent to get an easy HD (A+), spend it on proper study and you'll get there and in the end you'll save yourself the frustration of failiure and time wasting.

depends on the how the question is asked. one of the problems is that you have to put a line through all the dots without lifting your pen and it has to be done in three straight lines. thats definatly possible i've figured that one.

the question jurhum asks is only possible if you fold the paper, draw on the folded side, get to where you want to and then unflod the paper.

Not that way. :D It's impossible the way i want it to be solved.
