help with creatin graphic buttons

Does anyone know how to create or get portfolio buttons like the ones on the yaki kadafi website.

you have photoshop? its basically a rectangle with rounded eddges and drop shadow as a layer effect.

i did what you told me to do and it looks completley different to the ones at yakikadfi.com

just play around with it a bit.. i dont use 'actions' but there maybe be an already built in function for that or just use layer options _b
