For some reason, Prince's Underneath The Cream makes me feel kinda sad. I have no idea why, it's a sexual song, lyrically it's not sad at all, it's just about him thinking about a girl that he wants to be with.
I think it's to do with the instrumentation, possibly the topline synth melody. It's pretty strange, I really like the song but something about it just....man, I dunno.
