Technology Halo Online?

I don't play online games besides Yahoo Pool (does that even count?). But I was at a party last night and this guy goes on about playing Halo online and you can do it for free and was trying to get me into it. I'm kind of interested...where can i do this?

For what platform?? THe PC one is cheap as hell and its free online. I love Halo 2 on Xbox360 live.

Xbox can play against the 360 and so on. I don't see why you would want to now, the game is full of losers that care about their rank.
