Going to a kickboxing showdown tonight

While I used to do Muai Thai in my younger years, Ive never actually been to a proper kickboxing match. The finals are on here and we're all going to check it out.

Anyone ever been?

I cant wait. I just hope my 80's baby childhood of Van Damme movies hasnt put too high an expectation on things hehehehe

i used to kickbox when iwas younger. Its fun.

The fight was good. The padded fights were meh, the girls fight was meh, but the unprotected full on fights were ill. The final was between a fighter from Thailand and a figher from Melbourne Aust but he was Croatian, dude got his ass kicked. It wasnt a knock out but he was just knocked around, his sides were bleeding, etc etc. He did get some good hits in but the Thai fighter just didnt flinch.
