Technology GIF making program??

I'm looking for a program that will let me make good quality GIF files. At the moment I'm using CyD GIF Studio but I have to load each individual frame [takes ages to save each frame from a video clip]and the GIF plays really slowly once I save the file, no matter how fast I set it to play. Here's what I made but as you can see its abit shitty:

I'm looking for a program that lets me convert AVI [or something similar]to GIF. Any help is appreciated :thumb:

I found this software / guide, seems ok but I gotta play around with the settings cos the first few GIF's I made still play really slow.
