Fun Fitness Facts

hence why i said, according to this. i take this quiz with a grain of salt. i have been in a gym for several several months, not quite a year. when i started, i had a 12% body fat [they actually have a machine to test it, not your waist and height n such] i was like damn thats a lot.. my goal was to get it down to 7% because Stone Cold Steve Austin was 7% body fat in The Condemned. I set myself to that goal, and I achieved it. I got my body fat down to 6.8%. After that, I said hell I'm on a roll, I'll try for five. I havent tested it in forever now, but I know there is no way it is 4.5%, if anything, it's prolly went up.

12 % bodyfat is not much. anything below 10 % is pretty low for a bodyfat percentage. going down from 12 to about 4,5 % in just several months and not using any sups, that's ridiculous, especially when you're having such bmi as you've written.
